1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HabitLoop mobile application ("HabitLoop", "App"), operated by ZyoraHub ("we", "us", "our").

By downloading, installing, or using HabitLoop, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

HabitLoop is intended for users 13 years and older.

Children under 13 may not use the App.

Users aged 13–17 must have parental or guardian permission.

Accounts found to belong to children under 13 will be deleted.

3. Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Notify us of unauthorized access
• Use the App lawfully

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Violate laws or regulations
• Attempt unauthorized system access
• Reverse engineer the App
• Upload malicious software
• Harass or harm others
• Infringe intellectual property

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All App content, branding, design, software, and features are owned by ZyoraHub and protected under international intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your personal habit data.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

HabitLoop offers:

• Free plan
• Monthly Premium
• Yearly Premium
• Lifetime access (if available)

Auto-Renewal & Billing

Subscriptions are managed through Google Play.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through Google Play account settings at least 24 hours before renewal.

Your app store account will be charged for renewal.

Google Play billing terms and policies apply.

Pricing, billing frequency, and renewal terms are clearly shown before purchase.

7. Cancellation

Users may cancel at any time through Google Play.

Android

Play Store → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → HabitLoop → Cancel

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period.

8. Refund Policy

All payments are processed by Google Play.

Refunds are subject to store policies.

If you believe you qualify for a refund:

• Contact support@zyorahub.com within 48 hours
• Include your purchase receipt

Refund approval is subject to store terms.

Use of HabitLoop is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

ZyoraHub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws. Where permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user during the preceding 12 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify ZyoraHub from claims arising from:

• Your misuse of the App
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of third-party rights

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

You may delete your account at any time in-app.

Certain provisions survive termination.

14. Governing Law & Consumer Rights

United States Users

Disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration under AAA rules.

Class-action waiver applies.

EU, UK, Canada, Australia Users

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.

You may pursue remedies in local courts as required by law.

15. Severability

If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains valid.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and ZyoraHub.
