How to Delete Your Account (In-App)

The fastest way to delete your account and all associated data is directly through the HabitLoop app:

1. Open the HabitLoop app.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen.
4. Tap on Delete Account (indicated by a red trash can icon).
5. Follow the confirmation prompts to permanently delete your account.

Alternative Request Process (Email)

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by emailing our support team:

Send an email to support@zyorahub.com from the email address associated with your HabitLoop account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

Note: We may need to verify your identity before processing email deletion requests.

What Happens to Your Data

Data Removed

When your account is deleted, the following primary data is removed immediately from our active servers:

• Firebase Authentication account records
• Cloud synced habit data (habits created, completion history, streaks)
• User profile data and settings

Data Retained

We are required to retain certain information for legal and compliance reasons:

• Transaction Records: If you made purchases (e.g., HabitLoop Premium), related transaction records are retained for up to 7 years for tax and accounting purposes.
• Anonymized Analytics: Aggregated, non-personally identifiable usage metrics may be retained up to 24 months.

Deletion Timeline

Account deletion requests are processed immediately. Certain backup systems may retain encrypted copies for up to 90 days before automatic removal. For email requests, we will respond and process the deletion within 30 days or as required by applicable laws.
