Terms of Service

1. Introduction to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HabitLoop mobile application ("HabitLoop", "App"), operated by ZyoraHub ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using HabitLoop, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

HabitLoop is intended for users 13 years and older. Users aged 13–17 must have parental or guardian permission. Accounts found to belong to children under 13 will be deleted immediately.

3. User Accounts

You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@zyorahub.com.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not violate any laws, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, reverse engineer the App, or upload malicious code. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Intellectual Property

All App content, branding, design, and software features are owned by ZyoraHub. You retain ownership of your personal habit data provided to the service.

6. Billing and Payments

HabitLoop offers Free, Monthly, and Yearly Premium plans. Any 14-day Free Trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled. Pricing and renewal terms are clearly displayed in the App before any purchase.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time via your device's store settings (Google Play Store or Apple App Store). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period.

8. Refund Policy

All payments are handled by the respective app stores. Refunds are subject to store policies. If you have concerns, contact us with your receipt within 48 hours for support.

9. EU/UK Right of Withdrawal

Users in the EU/UK have a 14-day withdrawal right. However, by requesting immediate activation of premium features, you acknowledge a waiver of this right as the digital service is performed immediately.

10. Privacy and Data

Your use of HabitLoop is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data and respect your privacy.

11. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is." HabitLoop is a motivational tool, not a medical or psychological service. We are not liable for any specific habits not being formed or any incidental damages resulting from app downtime.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify ZyoraHub from any claims arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate your access for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time within the App settings.

14. Governing Law

For US users, disputes are resolved via binding arbitration. For all other users, mandatory consumer protection laws of your home jurisdiction apply over these terms if conflicts arise.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and ZyoraHub regarding HabitLoop.
